How to do the Super Speed Effect in After Effects

In this After Effects Tutorial I'll show you how to do the Super Speed Effect or Quicksilver Effect. This effect has been seen throughout movies (X-Men), television (The Flash), and social media (Trackabangbang) as I describe in the video so thought I'd give you guys a couple of tips on how to create it. There are many ways to do this effect, this is a simple set up to try it out. Just need a camera on a tripod and adobe after effects to accomplish it. The key is to have your camera on a tripod, film your plates, then film your actress/actor in the motions.
